Welcome to 3CQS where we provide Construction Cost and Quantity Surveying services throughout the UK.
My name is Eric Gordon and I established the company in January 2019 after more than 40 years working in private practice previously with Doig & Smith and Capita Property & Infrastructure Ltd.
The company seeks to provide a professional service to their clients reflecting years of experience in most sectors of the property & construction industry.

I qualified with a Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Glasgow College of Building and Printing in 1976 gaining my ARICS qualification in 1978 and subsequently elected as an FRICS in 1990.
I worked for Doig and Smith and progressed from Graduate Surveyor to Senior Associate from 1976 to 2005 and then moved to Capita to become an Associate Director before deciding to start up on my own in January 2019.
During my career I have had experience in working Residential, Commercial, Health, Industrial, Civil, Arts and Education sectors.
